The difference is in the corners, not the shine
Anyone can make a stovetop look good from across the room. We work the burnt-on rings with a razor scraper and a non-scratch cream, degrease the backsplash tile by tile, and wipe the control knobs — then we check it again in daylight.
That same habit carries through the house: edges of floors, the top of the fridge, light switches, the track of the shower door. It’s why first-time deep cleans take longer than people expect, and why the next visit takes less.
What a deep clean includesBooking takes about five minutes
No contracts, no app to download. Just a clear quote and a cleaner who shows up when we said.
Tell us about the space
Use the quote form, call or text. Bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, anything that needs extra attention.
Get a written price
We confirm a fixed price by email — usually the same business day. Bigger jobs get a quick walkthrough.
We clean, you get on with life
We arrive in the window you picked, follow the checklist and text you when we’re finished.
Look it over
If anything isn’t right, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and fix it, free.

Small on purpose, careful by habit
Incasumac is owner-run. That means the person who answers the phone is responsible for the job — and small enough to remember that your cat hides under the guest bed.
The same cleaner whenever possible
Recurring clients see a familiar face, not a rotating crew.
Low-tox products, fragrance-free on request
Good for kids, pets and anyone sensitive to strong smells.
A real checklist, shared with you
You get the same 62-point list we work from. Nothing vague.
Text updates, local phone number

From neighbors we clean for
“Our move-out was the week before Christmas and our landlord still did a walkthrough with a flashlight. Deposit came back in full. The inside of the oven looked better than when we moved in.”
“We have two dogs and a toddler, so I mostly wanted the floors and the bathroom handled every other Friday. Same person comes each time, knows where everything goes, texts when she's on the way.”
“I run a two-room office downtown. They come Tuesday and Friday evenings, take out recycling, do the break room fridge on the first of the month without being reminded. Easy invoices.”

How often does a home really need a deep clean?
A realistic schedule for busy households, pets and the prairie dust season.
Before you book
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave a key, a lockbox code or a garage code. We keep access details in a locked record and text you when we arrive and when we leave.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — vacuums with HEPA filters, microfiber cloths, mops and our standard products are included. If you prefer fragrance-free or your own products, just tell us.
How is the price decided?
Mainly by the size of the home, the number of bathrooms and the type of clean. Our estimator gives a starting number; we confirm a fixed price in writing before the first visit.
What if something gets missed?
Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean that area at no charge. Details are on our guarantee page.
Ready for a cleaner place?
Tell us a little about your home or office and we’ll send a clear, written quote — usually the same business day.
