Started with a simple idea: show up, do it right, tell the truth about the price
Incasumac began the way many small businesses in western North Dakota do — with neighbors asking for help. Busy families, people working long shifts out in the oil field, landlords between tenants and older residents who simply didn’t want to be on a ladder anymore.
What they wanted wasn’t complicated. A cleaner who arrives in the window promised. A price that doesn’t change once the job starts. And someone who notices the small things — the fingerprints on the patio door, the dust on top of the ceiling fan, the coffee ring that has been on the counter since last spring.
The name is a bit of a family joke that stuck: a blend of in casa — “at home” — and the nickname Mac. It felt right for a company whose job is to make home feel like home again.

A typical recurring visit for a 3-bedroom home takes one cleaner about three hours. Here is the order we work in.
Walk-through
We look for notes you left, check pets, and agree on any priority rooms for today.
Top to bottom
Dust high surfaces first, then counters and fixtures, so nothing falls onto a clean floor.
Kitchens & baths
The rooms that matter most get the most time — sinks, tubs, toilets, stovetops and fronts.
Floors & final check
Vacuum, mop, back out of each room. A last look in daylight, then a text to you.
