Are there any fees not shown here?
Only a travel fee for towns outside Dickinson (see service areas). There are no booking fees, fuel surcharges or “supply fees”.
How do I pay?
We accept major credit and debit cards, checks and cash. Payment is due on the day of service; recurring and business clients can be invoiced.
Do recurring discounts start right away?
Yes, from the first recurring visit. If a recurring home hasn’t been cleaned recently, we usually recommend one deep clean first so the regular visits can be shorter.
What if my home takes longer than expected?
Your price is fixed once we confirm it. If the home is significantly different from what was described (for example, after a renovation), we’ll talk to you before continuing.
