The difference between “finished” and “ready”
Construction dust is finer than everyday household dust. It settles on every horizontal surface, drifts into cabinets and vents, and comes back for days if it’s only wiped once. Proper post-construction cleaning takes multiple passes, HEPA vacuums and plenty of clean microfiber.
We work with homeowners, general contractors and remodelers on new homes, basement finishes, kitchen remodels and additions. We can do a rough clean during the project and a final clean before the walkthrough.
Pricing is per square foot so it’s easy to budget, and we’ll schedule around the trades still on site.
What’s included
This is the checklist your cleaner works from. Anything not listed can usually be added — just ask.
Dust & debris
- HEPA vacuuming of floors, sills and ledges

- Walls dusted top to bottom
- Hard floors washed with a residue-free cleaner

Common questions
When should I schedule the final clean?
After all trades are finished, including paint touch-ups. If flooring or fixtures are still being installed, we can do a rough clean first.
Do you remove construction debris?
We remove small debris and dust. Dumpster loads, large scraps and leftover materials should be hauled by the contractor.
Is window washing included?
Interior glass, frames and tracks are included. Exterior windows on the ground floor can be added.
