Visitors to Theodore Roosevelt National Park and Medora fill short-term rentals all summer, and Dickinson sees steady stays from work crews, traveling nurses and families visiting. Guests judge a rental in the first minute — and cleanliness is the most common reason for a lower review.
Our turnover service is built around that first minute. We clean to a hotel-style standard, change linens and towels, reset the space to your photos and check supplies. After each turnover you get a short photo report and a note about anything that needs your attention: a stained towel, a broken lamp, a low coffee supply.
We work with your calendar. Turnovers are scheduled between check-out and check-in, including weekends in peak season.

Do you do laundry for rentals?
Yes. We can wash linens on site if there is a washer and dryer, or swap with a second set you keep at the property.
Can you handle same-day turnovers?
Yes. Standard check-out at 10–11 a.m. and check-in at 3–4 p.m. gives us the time we need for most properties.
Do you serve Medora in winter?
Off-season we schedule Medora visits by request and weather permitting.
