Move-out cleaning is different from regular cleaning because everything is visible. Without furniture and belongings, inspectors see the inside of the oven, the shelf liner in the pantry, the dust along the top of the door frames and the scuffs behind where the couch used to be.
We work from the type of checklist landlords and property managers in Dickinson commonly use, and we can work from yours if you send it. If you’re moving in, the same service means you start fresh in a home that’s truly clean.
The last few days of every month are our busiest. If you know your move date, book it early — we’ll hold the slot and adjust if your timeline shifts.

Common questions
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes, ideally. Boxes and furniture left in the home make it impossible to clean properly behind and under them.
Do you guarantee my deposit?
We can’t control a landlord’s decision, but if your landlord flags something we cleaned within 72 hours of the visit, we’ll come back and re-clean it at no charge.
Can you clean carpets?
We vacuum carpets thoroughly, but hot-water extraction (shampooing) is a separate service. We’re happy to recommend a local carpet company.
